6. Fees and Payments

a. Payment Schedule

Each reservation requires a $300 per person deposit (exceptions may apply), credited toward your final payment. Final payment is due between 45 and 120 days prior to departure, depending on the tour — your invoice will state the exact due date. If final payment is not received by the due date, a $50 per person late fee may be assessed or your reservation may be cancelled at our sole discretion. Such cancellation will be treated as a cancellation by the Customer and cancellation charges will apply.

Payments may be made by check or major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). Participants may be required to provide a signed charge authorization agreement. By authorizing a charge, you waive any right to chargeback in the case of cancellation for any cause (excepting fraud), including Force Majeure events, and agree to the refund policies outlined herein.

b. Currency

All travel prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to revision in the event of fluctuations in tariff, currency rates, or other factors beyond our control. Fuel surcharges and departure taxes are subject to revision until airline ticketing, approximately 45 days prior to departure.

c. What Is Not Included in Your Reservation Price

Unless specifically listed as included, the following are not included: personal purchases, laundry, telephone calls, optional excursions, travel protection plans, some meals, passport and visa fees, port taxes, airline baggage fees, and gratuities. This is not an exhaustive list.

d. Gratuities

Gratuities for your Tour Director and bus driver are not included and are welcomed at your discretion. Typical gratuities for excellent service are $5–$7 per person, per day for each of your Tour Director and driver.

7. Changes and Cancellations

a. Changes by Customer

Changes to a reservation (departure date, traveler name, etc.) may incur a charge, plus any penalties imposed by suppliers. Changes made within 65 days of departure may incur additional supplier fees. All changes are subject to availability.

b. Cancellations by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour at our sole discretion. If a tour is cancelled by the Company and we are unable to reschedule, all funds collected will be refunded in full to the original payer.

8. Entry Requirements

A valid U.S. Passport is required for air travel to/from the U.S. Obtaining appropriate documentation is the passenger's responsibility. The Company bears no responsibility for advising and/or obtaining required travel documentation, or for any delays, damages, or losses related to improper documentation or government entry decisions.

Travel to many parts of the world may involve risks to health and/or safety. Customers are encouraged to consult the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov) for current travel advisories.

9. Reservation Details

Pick-up points are determined by the Company based on departure route and number of requests. If fewer than 4 travelers request a point, that point will not be utilized and an alternate location must be selected. Customers will be notified of pick-up timing and location 2–3 weeks before departure. Seating is assigned and rotated on a daily basis. Special seating requests are honored based on availability. The Company reserves the right to change routing on any tour.
