We can work with groups as small as 10 travelers. Our best rates and most flexible options start around 20–25 people, which fills roughly half a motorcoach. For full charter bookings, 47–55 travelers is ideal.
We handle all payment collection directly from your group members, so you never have to chase anyone down for money or hold funds yourself. We also offer payment plan options for multi-day trips, making it easy for everyone in your group to participate. You carry no financial liability if someone cancels.
Cancellations happen. Because each traveler books independently and pays directly, cancellations are handled on an individual basis according to our standard cancellation policy. You as the organizer are not responsible for anyone else's fees.
Absolutely. We can build a completely custom itinerary around your group's preferences, or we can offer you spots on one of our existing scheduled tours if the dates and destinations align. Both options are available.
For custom group trips, we recommend 3–6 months lead time to secure the best hotel rates and guaranteed coach availability. For day trips or joining an existing tour, 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient. Contact us and we'll tell you exactly what's available.
Every trip is different, but group packages typically include motorcoach transportation, hotel accommodations, select meals, attraction admissions, a professional tour director, and driver gratuity. We'll give you a detailed inclusions list before anyone books.
Your main job is to spread the word about the trip within your community and encourage people to sign up. Beyond that, we handle every logistical detail — rooming lists, confirmations, itinerary distribution, reminders, and day-of coordination. We even provide promotional materials you can share.
