Board your motorcoach in the New Orleans area and travel up to Baton Rouge. Your first stop is Eloise Market and Bakery, where you'll roll up your sleeves for a hands-on king cake making class. You'll learn the traditional method, shape your own dough, and decorate with the classic purple, green, and gold. Yes, you take your cake home with you.

Some of the most iconic bats in Major League Baseball are still made right here in Louisiana, by hand. Your group gets a behind-the-scenes look at the Marucci Sports facility — from the wood selection to the lathes to the finishing process. It's a side of Louisiana craftsmanship most people never see, and the gift shop is a favorite stop for baseball fans.
